What it is
A page from a Carnatic music school on Matya tala, with its beat count, its parts (laghu, drutam, laghu) and an interactive player that claps the cycle in each of the five jatis.
Why it is useful here
A second description of the Matya family of talas, with a player you can use to hear the claps, for comparison with this site's own tala page. It shows the family as a whole, not each jati separately.
